Teleomorph in nature: Subiculum brick(No.15)to milky coffee (No.28) covering the hymenial layers of host; hymenial hyphae 5-9.0(-10.0) Κm in width, parenchymatous, septate, thick-walled, and KOH (-). Perithecia apricot (No.47), pyriform to obpyriform, (200-)220-240(-280) ~ (210-)220-260(-270) Κm, KOH (-) to turning to fulvous(No.12), born in groups immersed to half-immersed in the mycelia; papilla conical, (50.0-)60.0-70.0(-90.0) ~ 120-140(-160) Κm. Asci cylindrical, (120-)185-195(-200) ~ 5.0-7.5(-9.5) Κm, 8-spored, with a stalk 15.0-20.0(-32.5) Κm long, forming a pore at the slightly thick-walled apex, 7.0-11.5Κm long. Ascospores hyaline, fusiform to cymbiform, obligate two-celled, (19.0-)22.0-25.0(-27.0) ~ (5.5-)6.5-7.0(-8.0) Κm, verrucose with prominent warts, apiculate at both ends; apiculi 1.0-5.0Κm long.
